Programme of Events – Friday 23rd September   2016        More details are in the attached document below.

                   

8:50 am

All children not showing an animal go to their Hubs.

 

 

10.15 am

All children showing animals are to be at school & have their animal tethered.

 

Farm animals - chickens, lambs, calves, goats, horses = the field

Report to Mrs Burden on the hall deck (field side) to collect your number tag.

 

Dogs = the central area. All dogs must be on a lead and supervised.

No dogs are to go on the field.

 

Town animals - rabbits, cats, fish, birds, etc. = In an appropriate carry cage, on the front of the stage in the hall.

 

 

11.00 am

Judging begins for farm animals – chickens, lambs, calves, goats, horses

please note: the sausage sizzle is open for adults from 10:00 am, children from 11:00 am

Hubs

 

Important:

Children need to remain with their animals - lambs, calves, dogs, town animals (pets) while judging takes place.

 

Dogs must be on a lead at all times and are not permitted beyond the central area of the school.

No dogs other than those entered in the Dog Section are to be brought to school on the day please.


Children, remember that you are on display as well as your animal, so be sure that you are neat and tidy and enjoy yourself because the Judges will be looking for signs that you are comfortable with, and care for, your animal.

Number tags for farm animals must be returned at the end of the day
